Return Policy

At Limitless Everlasting Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your natural skincare, hair care, body care, wellness supplements, and organic soaps. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and refunds under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (or 14 days for customers in the European Union/UK due to statutory cooling-off rights).
  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition (unless defective/damaged), with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (except in cases of proven defect or damage):

  • Opened or used personal care products (serums, creams, gels, oils, cleansers, tallow creams, hair oils/serums).
  • Opened or used wellness supplements (capsules, gummies, strips, sea moss, vitamins, keto products, apple cider vinegar capsules).
  • Organic soaps and any perishable/personal hygiene items once the seal is broken.
  • Sale/final sale items (marked as such).
  • Gift cards or digital products.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, see the "Damaged/Defective Items" section below these are eligible for replacement or refund even if opened.

How to Initiate a Return

    Include your order number, full name, and reason for return. Attach photos if the item is damaged/defective.
  2. Wait for approval: We will review your request and send return instructions (usually within 1–2 business days).
  3. Ship the item back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (for most domestic returns) or your own tracked shipping method (international customers may need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty).
  4. Inspection: Once received, we inspect the item (typically within 5–10 business days).

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.
    • Processing time: 5–14 business days (depending on your bank/issuer).
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival).
    • Return shipping fees are covered by us only for faulty/damaged/incorrect items.
  • Exchanges: If available, we can exchange for the same product (different size/variant) or another item of equal or lesser value. Place a new order after we process the return.
  • Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your package upon arrival.
  • If anything is damaged, missing, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement (preferred) or full refund (including original shipping) at no extra cost to you.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/defective/incorrect.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using tracked, insured shipping for returns.
